Returns & Refund Policy

At Amoy Couture Hair, every service is customized to the individual client using professional products, time, and expertise. For this reason, all services and purchases are considered final sale. By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, purchasing products, or receiving services from Amoy Couture Hair, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Returns & Refund Policy.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable once provided or completed:

  • Haircuts, styling, treatments, and all salon services
  • Hair color services
  • Hair extension installation services
  • All deposits, booking fees, retainers, and advance payments made to reserve an appointment

Once a service has been performed, it cannot be refunded because the time, labor, products, and professional expertise have already been provided.

If you have any concerns about your service, please let us know before leaving the salon. We are committed to addressing legitimate concerns whenever possible.

Refunds will not be provided for changes of mind, dissatisfaction reported after the service has been completed, failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions, failure to follow recommended maintenance, missed appointments, or late arrivals, except where required by applicable law.

Product Sales

All hair purchases and retail products are final sale.

Hair Extensions

Hair extensions cannot be returned or refunded once they have been opened, worn, used, altered, or otherwise accepted by the client.

Extension installations are also non-refundable once completed, as the hair is customized specifically for each client and cannot be resold or reused.

Deposits & Appointment Fees

All deposits, booking fees, retainers, and advance payments are applied toward your scheduled appointment and are non-refundable. These payments reserve dedicated time in our schedule and help ensure availability for every client.

Cancellation Policy

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment. We require at least 48 hours notice for a hair extensions/wig appointment and 24 hours notice for all others. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of your scheduled service.
