Amoy Couture Hair will issue a full refund (less shipping and handling fees) or send a replacement product on any item if your original product is returned within 30 days of original delivery.

Amoy Couture Hair is pleased to ship to our customers in the United States only. We ship via UPS Ground, 2nd Day and Overnight within the 48 contiguous United States. We ship only UPS 2nd Day and Overnight to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT


Amoy Couture Hair will issue a full refund (less shipping and handling fees) or send a replacement product on any item if your original product is returned within 30 days of original delivery. No refunds or replacements will be issued for any product purchased at any other retail location and/or website.


In the event that you feel you would like to return any or all products purchased please follow these simple instructions to receive a full refund and/or replacement:

1. Please locate the Packing Slip enclosed with your purchase and complete the bottom portion (Return/Replacement Form herein “RRF”).
2. Please make sure to complete the entire form including the Item Number, Item Name, Quantity being returned and/or replaced (in the event that you don’t have enough space please continue on a separate sheet of paper), Reason Code (this is used strictly to improve our products and services) and a Further Action Code.
3. Please complete the RRF and place it in the box with the items.
4. Please enclose a copy of the original purchase receipt.
5. Please ship all returns to:

Return Notes:


• A complete return must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund and/or replacement.
• All refunds will be issued with in 14 business days of return shipment receipt.
• Please make sure to ship all returns using a service that allows tracking.
• No refund will be issued for lost returns.
• Amoy Couture Hair does not ship replacements to PO Boxes and/or Military Addresses.


SHIPMENTS


Please note that all domestic orders placed before 3:00 PM EST, should be shipped next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). All domestic orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on weekdays, anytime on weekends and holidays should be shipped next available business day.

Once the order has been shipped, please allow 2 to 3 business days for that order to appear in our tracking system.

AFO / PO Box: Please note that at this time we do not ship to AFO/FPO or PO Boxes.

International Shipping: Only Domestic orders are processed through the website at this time.
